It was also good to meet and talk to you...Hi, Max,

It was also good to meet and talk to you!

Holding someone accountable begins with apprising them of the problem--this was done over the past 15 years with the Petitions for Redress of Grievances. However, it does not end there.

When someone persists in a mistaken action, those in authority--in this case the People of the United States--then have the duty to enforce that accountability. the beginning of that enforcement is to instruct them on how to get back on the straight and narrow. This was done in the Articles of Freedom.

Although we did give them instructions and we will give them 40 days to change their behavior (as in the Magna Carta), we do not expect a response.

When accountability is still not achieved, our next step is to withdraw our support--physical and moral from our government. In order to do this, we must have a solid 3-5% of the people withdrawing support at the same time--a national strike if you will.Tje first step is to get everyone who signs the A of F to file an extension on their taxes. But there are other steps as well--civic actions such as a National Strike--which is also in the planning phases.

There is no question that we are nowhere near ready for any actions of enforcement more forceful than these--but these will be enough to deal with for the next 6 months or so. At least we hope we have that long.

With respect to the idea of arresting public officials en masse for breach of oath of office, I think we must first get working Citizen's Grand Juries in each jurisdiction, and then know what we would do with the officials in question. We are not ready to do so otherwise.

I hope this helps clarify for you what is being planned in the near future. I leave it to your wisdom to determine the steps that will follow.Elisheva Hannah Levinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16061377724926154037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6059095776066394557.post-85644395173894638092010-02-15T20:34:43.974-07:002010-02-15T20:34:43.974-07:00Elisheva,
It was great to meet you and to talk w...Elisheva,
It was great to meet you and to talk with you and Bruce at Chili's this weekend. I have a couple of questions though... What precisely do you mean when you say hold the government accountable?... they're not and refuse to be...secondly,I believe we should srrest and try those in congress for high crimes and misdemeanors.( If not outright treason). Do you agree?
Thanks,
Maxmadmaxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08447260336576794984noreply@blogger.com
