Thank you, Elisheva! Brought a smile to my face (I know my kids are early when the dog and I wake up before them on Christmas! Am sitting by the tree with mountains of presents, the first time in a week that I have had NOTHING to do.

Hey, Retriever, somehow I thought you might be interested in the puppy--being that he is retreiver.
Oops. Forgot to say the puppy now tips the scales at 20.5 lbs. Or he did at the vet visit on Monday. He's growing before our eyes, so I bet he weighs in higher now.

I was photographing dogs at the beach today, on a walk with my daughter, who REFUSES to bring our mutt as the latter is going thru an aggressive phase with other dogs. So I got to admire tons of puppies and retrievers swimming (it was 50 degrees!!!) without worrying about hauling the pooch barking away...ENjoy the puppy.
