On Saturday, March 1, it was clear and warm.

On Sunday, March 2, the Weather Bug Cricket started chirping away, as a storm front advanced over the Sandia Mountains.

On Monday, March 3, we woke to a winter wonderland, soft powder covered the garden, the driveway, and the cars. Was it only forty-eight hours ago that we were dreaming of spring?

Puffy, fair-weather clouds lingered over the Sandias, and the storm from remained to the north, and the snow began melting immediately.
Now the cycle of fair-to-storm begins again!

As always, lovely pictures. March came in like a very tame and timid lion here :)
March is always so chaotic here too. Love the images!
