The Philosophy of Liberty Video


I am going into an intense weekend and a full week after that. But here is something to think about until I post again: The Philosophy of Liberty from our own Retake Congress YouTube site. And the music is great, too!

True story. Butterfly has taken it upon herself to memorize the Declaration of Independence. Thinking it might easier to memorize if she understood it, I had her read it section by section and tell me what she thought it meant. So, she reads, "He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance."
(Thoughtful pause.)
"Is that like Czars?"
